How I Work
Direct & On Point: If Texas law says no, I’m going to say no. Politely. Once. Then I’ll tell you what will actually work.
Text-First Communication: I text faster than I talk, faster than I email, and faster than Amazon can tell you your package is “ten stops away.” Call me unannounced and I’ll stare at my phone like it insulted my mother. Text me, and you’ll have an answer before your phone hits your pocket.

Hyper-Focused Precision: I’m AuDHD. My brain runs on two speeds: 4 mph and 147 mph--zero cruise control. That’s precisely why I’m the one who notices nobody initialed page 37, and why I’ve mapped three alternate routes to your location before I even leave the driveway.
True Mobile Service: I come to you—your office, the title company, your kitchen table, or a hospital room at 9 PM because that’s when everyone could assemble. What I don’t do is invite you to my house. That’s where my family lives, and my dogs shed enough fur to build a second dog. The whole point of "mobile" is that you don't have to go anywhere.
Kind, Not Sweet: There’s a massive difference, and you’ll feel it immediately. When you’re signing something that touches your home, your business, or your kids, you don’t need agreeable—you need honest, sharp, and bulletproof. What gets signed at the table stays at the table.
