Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the booking fee or deposit. Travel, printing, identity-verification, and other costs already incurred are nonrefundable. If Six-Shooter Notary must cancel, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of payments made. Notarization is not guaranteed and remains subject to valid identification, signer willingness and awareness, document eligibility, and Texas notary law.
